小功率金卤灯电弧管排气工艺和设备的研究

摘　要:本文根据小功率金属卤化物灯电弧管排气工艺特点，设计电弧管圆排机，分析小功率金卤灯电弧管内在质量的影响因素，并结合排气机在调试过程中采取的工艺措施进行初步探讨。
